Every product is made up of many bricks, and they are picked by operator or sorting machine autoly.

If picked by operator, they need to pick an order of 500 parts, take out from 500 different boxes and then put them into the correct bag. Some items are with 2 pieces while some items are with 50 pieces, they also need to put all pieces into different bags.

Of course, all factories have strict operation process guidance and assessment objectives.

If pick up by sorting machine, it will have less error
But sometimes the machine will have materials flying out, and because the pieces are too small, if it is difficult to be noticed, there will be a few missing.

It is extremely difficult to achieve a 0% missing parts rate. Your understanding is our biggest power.

1. Most time we accept one replacement request per order for small set under 1000 pieces bricks

2.Please contact us with instruction screen shot with QTY of the missing part or missing part id document, so we will know which is missing and send correct part.

3. If you find particularly unusual situations happened like missing a lot, then please contact us directly. Providing a missing parts document is not a must option.

Please keep in mind that the processing time for missing parts is 3-7 days

1.When does the Guarantee begin?

It begins the day you received the parcels , please check the parcel once you receive. More earlier you contact, more easier for us to check with factory, so more faster you can get the new piece.

2.What isn't covered by the Guarantee?

• Order over 5 Months.
• Orders not placed on mocpixel.com. 
• Lost products, If you lose a few pieces, we can check if there are in stock, if so, we can send you some new, you only need to paid for the shipping fee.
• Products that have been improperly used or damaged by yourselves.
• If you did not receive the package because you filled in your personal information incorrectly, it will not be Guarantee.
